Delivery Information

Orders placed are subject to the following conditions:

When you have placed an order for fragile items our freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery date and approximate time. This time is approximate as they do not control the traffic. Once this time has been arranged you must be in to sign for your goods. Any damages or shortages must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery, damages or shortages will not be entertained after goods have been signed for. If you are not in at the appointed time you will be charged for a new delivery.

We only use the best freight companies to make sure the items arrive to you intact!

We offer a kerb side delivery, so you must make sure that help is on hand to unload your delivery.

All items that we feel deemed to be parcels will be delivered once in stock by APC (or similar courier) on a next day delivery service. If you require an exact date for delivery, please email and we will try and accommodate.

Delivery Charges:

The easiest way to check your order delivery costs is to add your chosen products to the shopping cart and then enter your delivery postcode to calculate the shipping costs.

Please note: We can only deliver Sanitaryware items (baths basins etc.) to the UK Mainland.
